Is this Stove compatible with both LPG and PNG (Piped Natural Gas)?
Yes — This Stove is compatible with both LPG cylinders and Piped Natural Gas (PNG). The 360° Swivel Gas Nozzle allows flexible connection from any direction. No additional conversion kit required. Our technician configures and tests the connection during the free installation visit.
What is included in the free installation?
A certified Blueline technician visits within 3–5 business days of delivery. Includes: counter-top cut-out fitting, gas connection, pressure test, ignition testing all 4 burners, full demo, and a safety check. No hidden charges — labour, fittings, and travel within your city are covered.
How do I clean the matte black glass without scratching it?
Daily use: wipe with a damp microfiber cloth after cooling — most spills lift cleanly. For dried oil: a small amount of glass-top cleaner with a soft cloth in circular motions. Never use steel wool or abrasive pads. The Edge Guard trim can be wiped separately with a damp cloth.
