3. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Blueline.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock limitations, pricing errors, incorrect product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Orders below ₹15,000 are subject to a delivery charge of ₹200.

5. Shipping

We currently ship across India to selected serviceable locations.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products received in defective or damaged condition.

An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for a return or replacement request.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Blueline and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
