Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused
• Undamaged
• In its original packaging

Supporting images and/or videos are required for verification.
2. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting images and/or videos are mandatory for verification.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer support team before sending any product for exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been used or opened
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence
• Products returned without their original packaging
• Sale or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective)
5. Return Process
Customers can initiate a return request by contacting our support team via email.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever the service is available.
• In non-serviceable locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Detailed return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on the applicable case.
