Terms & Conditions

What's Included
  • Connecting the appliance to existing electrical/gas fittings (as applicable)
  • A complete product demo after installation
  • labour charges for mounting the unit
What's Not Included
  • De-installation of an old unit
  • Procurement of accessories like ducting kits or hoses
  • Electrical, plumbing, or civil work
  • Post-installation plastering and tiling
Accessories & Charges

Accessories such as ducting pipes, chimney flexible hose, and other fittings are available from the brand for an additional charge, and are not covered under warranty.

Free Service Validity

Free service is applicable only for the first 2 years from the date of installation/purchase. Post 2 years, all service visits will be chargeable as per standard rates.
