This Shipping Policy outlines how Blueline (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes, fulfills, and delivers orders placed through our online store (www.bluelineindia.com).
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be extended during sales events, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and size.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

    • Non-Metro Locations: 5–10 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations restricted by our courier partners.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails after two attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Risk of Loss & Damages

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product, and contact us at bluelineindia1986@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or transport restrictions

  • Customs or government regulations
