Is the Curvv Gold compatible with both LPG and PNG (Piped Natural Gas)?
Yes — the Curvv Gold 4 Burner is compatible with both LPG cylinders and Piped Natural Gas (PNG). The 360° Swivel Gas Nozzle allows flexible connection from any direction. No additional conversion kit required. Our technician configures and tests the connection during the free installation visit.
What is included in the free installation?
A certified Blueline technician visits within 3–5 business days of delivery. Includes: counter-top cut-out fitting, gas connection, pressure test, ignition testing all 4 burners, full demo, and a safety check. No hidden charges — labour, fittings, and travel within your city are covered.
How do I clean the matte black glass without scratching it?
Daily use: wipe with a damp microfiber cloth after cooling — most spills lift cleanly. For dried oil: a small amount of glass-top cleaner with a soft cloth in circular motions. Never use steel wool or abrasive pads. The Edge Guard trim can be wiped separately with a damp cloth.
What is the difference between Curvv Series and Curvv Gold Series?
The Curvv Gold has three key upgrades: (1) Matte Finish glass with Edge Guard vs standard toughened glass; (2) ErgoGrip Premium Metal Knobs with Gold Accent Ring; (3) Gold Accent frame detail on the burner field. Burner specs (4D SmartFlame Brass) are shared. The Gold is for kitchens where the hob is a visible design statement.
