Cancellation Policy – Blueline

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy to know how cancellations work for your order with Blueline.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team via phone or email with your order details.

After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Return Policy.

Order Cancellation by Blueline

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment is not received or payment verification fails.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
  • Delivery location is outside our serviceable areas.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Refund Timeline for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used while placing the order.
